Owner and Registered Massage Therapist

Jeanine graduated from McKay Career Training in 2014 and is registered with the Massage Therapist Association of Saskatchewan (MTAS). She specializes in Myofascial Release and mobilization techniques, Deep Tissue Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Hydrotherapy and Mobile Massage. She is WCB and SGI accredited as well. 

Jeanine is always professional and it is her mission to focus on the client's well being, comfort and progress in the treatment.

Registered Massage Therapist

Sydney graduated from the Professional Institute of Massage Therapy in 2017 and is registered with the Massage Therapist Association of Saskatchewan. She offers intuitive massage using a combination of myofascial, swedish and deep tissue techniques. She believes that you should feel comfortable and relaxed during and after a massage and works with her clients one-on-one to make sure that each treatment is specific to the individual. Sydney is able to treat clients who have claims through SGI and WCB and offers direct billing to most insurance providers.

Registered Massage Therapist

Michelle is a graduate of MaKami College’s 3000 hour Advanced Clinical Massage Therapy program in Edmonton Alberta. Her approach to health and wellness has always been holistic and since Michelle began practicing, her passion for massage therapy has only grown.

Michelle believes that balance is one of the key elements in maintaining overall health and wellness. Massage therapy has proven to her to be a vital tool in accomplishing this. Using a combination of techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, and cupping, Michelle’s approach is to work in harmony with the nervous system to reduce pain, improve range of motion and restore function. She also believes that awareness and understanding are an integral part of helping others achieve and maintain their health goals. By tailoring each treatment, Michelle is dedicated to assisting you with yours.

Brandy is registered with the Massage Therapy Association of Saskatchewan and offers direct billing.

She graduated from McKay Career Training in 2018 and has since expanded her knowledge in:

Warm Stone Massage, Foam Rolling, Trigger Point Techniques and Mental Health First Aid.

Brandy is passionate about wellness and tailoring her treatments to provide you with the most appropriate care. She looks forward to being a part of your self care journey!

Energy Healer

Christina Booth is a dedicated and compassionate healer. She is a Certified BodyTalk practitioner with PaRama levels 1 and 2, Accunect and the Veltheim Method of Lymphatic Drainage. She is also certified in level 1 Reiki. Her focus is on treating the entire body, mind, and spirit complex to promote growth and healing. Christina began formally studying and training in various healing modalities in 2009 and has continued ever since. She is passionate about supporting and encouraging her clients to experience a life of abundance, grace and ease. 

Restorative Yoga Facilitator

Janet has been practicing yoga for some time. In August of 2018 she decided to follow her passion and attained a certificate in Restorative Yoga. Janet works in the field of Law Enforcement and uses yoga as a means to balance the stressors associated with working in a high tension, trauma related environment. Janet has also been a Mediator since 2013, assisting people in an alternative way to solve dispute.

Restorative Yoga is something Janet strongly believes in for its healing properties. She feels many of us spend our lives in an unbalanced state of being, leading to many aliments such as delayed healing and stress related issues. Janet chooses to facilitate individual and couple sessions in order to create a personal space conducive to calmness, relaxation and healing.


Dr. Palmer attended the University of Saskatchewan and received her Kinesiology degree in 2009. It was the exposure to research and the importance of physical exercise at the U of S that prompted her to enroll in the four-year program to attain her Chiropractic Degree at Toronto’s Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College.

Her love of physical exercise led to a Group Fitness Instructor’s Certificate, as well as a CSEP-Certified Personal Training Certificate. She instructs numerous fitness classes for those wanting to improve or maintain their fitness levels.

Dr. Palmer has been practicing in Saskatoon since 2013 and Delisle since 2015. She and her husband Shane have a young Havapoo (Havanese - Miniature Poodle) named Ollie. You will always find Shane and Ollie together on any hunting and fishing excursion.
