Owner and Registered Massage Therapist

Jeanine graduated from McKay Career Training in 2014 and is registered with the Massage Therapist Association of Saskatchewan (MTAS). She focuses her treatments in Myofascial Release and mobilization techniques, Deep Tissue Massage, Trigger Point Therapy and Mobile Massage. She is WCB and SGI accredited as well. 

Jeanine is always professional and it is her mission to focus on the client's well being, comfort and progress in the treatment.

Registered Massage Therapist

Sydney graduated from the Professional Institute of Massage Therapy in 2017 and is registered with the Massage Therapist Association of Saskatchewan. She offers intuitive massage using a combination of myofascial, sweedish and deep tissue techniques. She believes that you should feel comfortable and relaxed during and after a massage and works with her clients one-on-one to make sure that each treatment is specific to the individual. Sydney offers direct billing to most insurance providers.

Registered Massage Therapist

Brandy is registered with the Massage Therapy Association of Saskatchewan (MTAS) and can direct bill SGI claims, as well as most insurance companies.

She graduated from McKay Career Training in 2018 and has since expanded her knowledge in:

Myofascial Cupping, Warm Stone Massage, Foam Rolling, Trigger Point Techniques and Mental Health First Aid.

Brandy is passionate about wellness and tailoring her treatments to provide you with the most appropriate care. She looks forward to being a part of your self care journey!

Registered Massage Therapist

Kirstan graduated from McKay Career Training in 2014 and is registered with The National Health Practitioners of Canada (NHPC). She specializes in John.F.Barnes Myofascial Release Therapy and recently received her certificate for Myofascial Cupping. She also does Muscle Taping and Ear Seeding.

Kirstan was a dancer for 16 years and the treatments she received during that time is what sparked her interest in pursuing Myofascial Release as a career. She is excited to join the team and is passionate and eager to help her clients live a more active, healthier lifestyle.

Energy Healer

Christina Booth is a dedicated and compassionate healer. She is a Certified BodyTalk practitioner with PaRama levels 1 and 2, Accunect and the Veltheim Method of Lymphatic Drainage. She is also certified in level 1 Reiki. Her focus is on treating the entire body, mind, and spirit complex to promote growth and healing. Christina began formally studying and training in various healing modalities in 2009 and has continued ever since. She is passionate about supporting and encouraging her clients to experience a life of abundance, grace and ease. 


Dr. Palmer attended the University of Saskatchewan and received her Kinesiology degree in 2009. It was the exposure to research and the importance of physical exercise at the U of S that prompted her to enroll in the four-year program to attain her Chiropractic Degree at Toronto’s Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College.

Her love of physical exercise led to a Group Fitness Instructor’s Certificate, as well as a CSEP-Certified Personal Training Certificate. She instructs numerous fitness classes for those wanting to improve or maintain their fitness levels.

Dr. Palmer has been practicing in Saskatoon since 2013 and Delisle since 2015. She and her husband Shane have a young Havapoo (Havanese - Miniature Poodle) named Ollie. You will always find Shane and Ollie together on any hunting and fishing excursion.
